Throughout my travels, I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing a variety of cities across the globe, each with its own unique charm and character. While I’ve loved many of the places I’ve visited, a few cities had left a mark on me. Here are my top four cities where I could see myself living, each for different reasons.

4. Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

My time in Hanoi, was quite lonely. While the city itself is beautiful, I found it difficult to connect with people due to language barriers, closed attitudes, and cultural differences. This experience left me with low expectations for Ho Chi Minh City, but I was surprised when I arrived.

Ho Chi Minh City felt like a city in a whole new country. The people here were noticeably more open-minded and friendly, which made it much easier to meet new people and feel comfortable. The city itself is modern, with a skyline that quickly became one of my favorites. The mix of traditional Vietnamese culture with the fast-paced development of the city made it an exciting place to be.

One downside, however, is the overwhelming motorcycle traffic that dominates the streets. But, like with any big city in Vietnam, you eventually get used to it. Despite this, Ho Chi…
